• Comprehensive Midwifery Care

• Compassionate, personalized prenatal, birth, and postpartum support from a licensed midwife, tailored to your unique needs and preferences.

• 45 Minute in home or center appointments

• Water birth if desired

• Birth Pool and Liner

• Birth kit and supplies

• Three home visits in the first two week postpartum followed by office visits at 4 and 6 weeks. 

• Access to your midwife by phone and text throughout your care

• Midwife on call from 37-43 weeks

• Lactation education and support

• Lab work can be ordered to go through your insurance if desired

• Medications or herbal remedies used during birth 

• Newborn screening

• Access to lending library

•  Three Massages provided by Maternal Massage: Choose from prenatal or postpartum sessions to ease discomfort, promote relaxation, and support your body’s natural changes

•  One Craniosacral Therapy Session: A gentle, hands-on 50-minute session for your new bundle of joy to support their nervous system balance, release tension, and promote breastfeeding.

• Discounts on birth/postpartum doulas as well as birth education classes for birth suite clients

Whether you’re preparing for your first baby or your fourth, this package provides grounded, whole-person care to help you feel confident, supported, and nurtured throughout your birth journey.

For those who know in advance that they will deliver in the hospital but who prefer to experience the intimacy of midwifery prenatal and postpartum care, instead of OB care. Over the years, I have seen the need for this middle ground option, so I gladly offer it.
